Individual Therapy with David
Individual therapy is a journey back to yourself, and David is an expert at building the therapeutic alliance needed to facilitate ongoing, permanent change. Counselling can be sought over a myriad of different things from making a decision about your career or relationship to dealing with trauma and abuse.

Considering the wide variety of reasons that someone may seek therapy, there must also be a comprehensive toolbox of techniques available for the therapist to draw on. David’s style is empathetic and humanistic, tailoring a blend of different approaches to suit the needs of his clients.
David draws on tried and tested models like Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Positive Psychology, and Mindfulness. He also uses a variety of more esoteric approaches, including hypnotherapy, NLP, and various meditation techniques.
